Welcome to the All State Training Solutions, Inc, Georgia Continuing Education class. This class is intended to fulfill the requirements set forth in the Georgia Codes O.C.GA 17-6-50 for bail bonding agents and O.C.GA 17-6-56. (1) for bail recovery agents. An 8 hour continuing education class is a requirement in order for you to receive your renewal or to apply for a license.
This class contains some information on legal aspects to the bail industry. This information is designed to teach and refresh agents with the Georgia Laws and what is going on around the state and nationally that effects the bail bonding industry. The information is also for your review to address any possible issues that may arise in the day to day business of bail bonding.
For new agents a general comprehensive overview will be given to give you the tools basics to operate and work in the bail bonding industry.

Cost:
Cost of the class for Agents is $250.00 cash or money order. (only) If you are an GAPB member you may pay with a company check. No personal checks will be accepted. Payment will be taken at the class. Cost of the class for Recovery Agents is 125.00.
My Bio:
Marva Griffin has been in the bail bonding industry since 2006, operating Express Bail Bonding and Atlantic Bonding. Prior to that time I worked at Georgia State University for 25yrs and received my degree in Public Administration in 2005 from Georgia State University. I came into the bonding industry under my sister Rose Williams as a part time agent, until her untimely death.
